It's as much driven by the interactions of students, staff, civilians, and thugs as it is by the events designed by the admins. A massive dining room that is open at all times during the day. Whether you're looking for a quick snack between classes or nice hot meal after a long day of training and/or studying, a surprisingly wide variety of foods is available to the students. And no, they don't serve Pokemon food here, so don't ask.
