It's as much driven by the interactions of students, staff, civilians, and thugs as it is by the events designed by the admins. The say this was the house where the first owner of the island resided. Though it's only a rumor, it's said he and his family died in this house. Almost a century later, the house now gives off an otherworldly glow, like something other than Pokemon now take ownership of the house. It's only a rumor though.
