[Naveta Lejori]

Naveta had explored most of the natural parts of the island now.  She considered just skipping the man made parts, but decided against it for completeness sake.  If she was lucky, she might find something interesting.  If not, she'd at least know that she never had to go back there.  Out of the remaining areas, the old mansion was probably the one she was looking forward to most.  Not that she was really looking forward to it at all, but it had some value in and of itself at least.

Unlike the power plant, she could believe this building was made with materials from the island.  There weren't exactly many trees around this part of the island, and the ones that were here were mostly dead and somewhat spooky looking, but perhaps there were more here in the past?  Naveta kicked off a panel off the side of the house and shoved it in her bag.  From there she could take some tree samples to see if they were the same kind of wood, and to see how old they were.  It might be able to tell her a little bit more about the island.

With the panel safely in her possession, Naveta could focus

Focus on collecting the rest of the materials necessary to

To analyze the piece of wood she collected.  All she needed was

Was to collect some cores out of the trees and

And maybe some parts of those stumps on the ground.

Naveta's expression flattened.  She couldn't focus like this, so she was going to find that damn bird, beat the crap out of it and probably catch it knowing her.  Why she even caught the really annoying pokemon she wasn't quite sure.  The thing continued to squawk every few minutes, so it wasn't exactly hard to find it.  It was more like playing Marco Polo than an actual search in the end.  It continued to squawk even when she could clearly see it sitting on the branch of a dead tree, and it could clearly see her.  The thing must have been pretty stupid to not just fly away at this point, but Naveta wasn't going to complain.  She had the right pokemon for this, so it wasn't going to get a chance to.  Holding one ear, since it's squawk was even louder and more annoying close up, she released Sima who plopped on the ground with a metallic clang.

"Discharge."

With a devilish grin, the washing machine the rotom possessed started spinning wildly, and the hose on its side started flailing about.  It charged up a great deal of electric energy and threw it at the annoying bird.  The bird's jaw dropped, and it looked rather stunned by the whole experience.  After a moment, it fell backwards and landed on the ground with a satisfying thud where it would be easy to catch.
