She’d managed to fully explore the areas around a couple other dorms, so she was surprised to discover that she hadn’t managed to explore all the places surrounding her own. Toni decided to fix that, and brought along Andesine to help her. He needed the extra training, anyway, and she needed to add a bit more creepy to her teams.

Toni wandered between the headstones, being careful not to disturb the graves. This place was oddly teeming with Pokemon, and – if she was lucky – she’d be taking one of those home with her by the end of this outing. She glanced around, wondering who she’d encounter.

Eventually, she spotted a dark shape, and she moved toward it, smiling when she recognized the species. But of course a resident of Hoenn would know what a Poochyena was!

Andesine sprinted toward the Poochyena, and Toni thought they were about to battle. Surprisingly, that didn’t happen. The two started talking in Pokespeak, and they seemed to have touched on a deep topic or two because it didn’t end. Toni sat down and watched them, her gaze occasionally flicking around just to make sure they were all still safe.

It seemed like hours passed, but finally the Pokemon stopped talking, and Andesine led the Poochyena toward her. She grinned at them both, her gaze lingering on the wild Pokemon. “Did you want to join us?”

The Poochyena barked and wagged its tail. Toni tossed an empty pokeball at it and waited for the capture to complete. She then retrieved the ball, patted the Sandile’s back, and made her way back to the dorm with him following close.
