The good thing about her most wanted list was that she could keep close to her dorm for the most part. That meant the trip was quick, which meant more time for other tasks she needed to do. Celine ventured into the forest again, with Mallow floating by her side. The Castform seemed to really enjoy these outings…but of course he did. He rarely had to fight.



She heard something to her right and turned, following a narrow path between some thin trees. It was a little darker here – one of The Lifebringer’s thicker branches was directly overhead. Even with the darkened scenery, she could see something coming out of the undergrowth toward her. But…what was it?

Not what she was going for, but this worked. She whistled Mallow over, but then sent Edea out. She wanted the Castform to learn from this fight, but she wasn’t sure she wanted him to do any battling of his own. Not today, anyway. His moveset was a bit, well, pitiful.

“Edea, Flamethrower,” she ordered.

Edea spit out a stream of flame. The Snivy shrieked and sent a storm of leaves their way. Both Pokemon were left standing, but the Snivy looked a bit worn down, so she tossed a Pokeball at it. She wanted it for her team, so she didn’t want to be meaner than necessary.

The pokeball rocked a bit and then came to a stop. She retrieved it, returned her Pokemon to their pokeballs, and headed back to the dorm.
