making friends with cleo is going to be more like a chore. she's not very responsive which usually leads people into thinking that they're not wanted. her tendency to excuse herself from almost everything and decline hang-out invitations don't really make things better. but things aren't really what they look like... somehow. cleo will speak and will make friends in her own pace and conditions, which one might find a little slower than everybody else. she doesn't warm up just to anybody-- one needs to push the right buttons on the right time. when someone gets past her walls, they might just find how endearing this little cupcake is.
as a friend, she's going to be a little bit clingy, especially if she likes you a lot. you can be twice as clingy to her or like ignore her personal space-- she won't mind. she likes to take care of people too so if you need help and/or attention (even if you guys aren't that close), she'll help you regardless of your intentions without expecting anything in return. When she helps an acquaintance, it most certainly does not mean you guys are chums already. she's kind and all but that's because it's in her nature.

ah, enemies. i don't think cleo would have lots of this. she stays away from people to avoid making foes too, she keeps silent because she doesn't want to upset anyone as well. cleo's easily intimidated; she'd cower out anytime or like just stay silent and others bully her/take advantage of her. when you hurt someone dear to her, she will react but that's the best you can get from the brunette. she'll either cry or ask the offender to hurt her instead or both but she won't fight. she won't fight unless it's a pokemon battle because it's the way of like but even so she gets guilty for hurting others.

HA!! PFFFT despite everything that doesn't seem normal for an adolescent girl, cleo's sexually healthy. she gets attracted to boys, she gets embarrassed when people pair her up with someone, she's disgusted with lesbian porn and etc. she has read articles about love and maybe heard a thing or two from her classmates back at floaroma but she never had a one on one encounter with in-- of course, she's young and was kept from the world. she won't know that she's in love, if she happens to fall in it and will most probably mistake the feeling for infatuation.
when cleo develops a crush on someone, it'll be obvious. there will be signs and they will be strong; anxiety, intense blushing, stuttering and everything else that she normally doesn't show-- the flags are there, it's only up to the boy if he'll notice or not. if she gets into a relationship (good luck with that), she'll still be embarrassed but it's gonna be more cute than awkward.
