[Naveta Lejori]

Naveta blinked slowly and yawned.  This place was even more boring than she thought it would be somehow.  That was a pretty impressive feat considering how boring she thought it would be here.  The place was mostly dead grass and trees with the occasional bit of living grass.  There weren't even any interesting rock formations, and the only rocks here she was pretty sure didn't even come from this part of the island.  It looked like this trip would be a bust, but she expected that in the first place.  In the end, she was just coming through here to be thorough, and she was only being thorough because she knew it would bother her later if she didn't.  It was important to do things right.

At least this place had pokemon.  The rest of the island did too, so that didn't exactly make it worth coming here, but at least it wasn't a complete waste of time.  As much as she wanted to continue training Chalk, this was such a horrible match up for her that she couldn't do it.  Being suboptimal was annoying, but being that suboptimal was just unacceptable.  Instead, she releases Swash, the very first pokemon she captured on Harmonia Island.  It was fine his turn to shine.

"Use water pulse."

Swash let out a loud huff as he floated in the air.  Naveta just stared at him for a second, and with another huff, a pulsating bubble of water came out of his tentacles and hit the wild pokemon square in the face.  It was clearly hurt a lot, and it hurt itself more by stumbling around confused.  Naveta tossed a pokeball and gave Swash a pat on the head.  It didn't improve his mood any, but at least he could never say she didn't thank him for his hard work.
