Personality:Rakutsu used to be a hyperactive and energitic kid. As the years when by he turned into a serious young man who can come off as a smart ass as sometimes. But even so he still knows how to have fun and isn't a total buzz kill. He likes to show that he can be a good person to turn to for help and does his best to make a good impression on others. He's the guy you will see holding the door for everyone he sees coming in. However he doesn't like to show his feelings to others lately and can sometimes stay silent for long periods of time. If he is involved in bad situations he might blame himself for not being able to do anything.

History: Rakutsu was born and raised in Viridian city located in the ever so famous Kanto region by his mother and grandfather. His grandfather owned the pokemon daycare/ranch and was a great breeder ever since he retired from being a Kanto Elite four member normal type trainer years ago towards the end of his prime. Even so, he still hasn't lost his battling skill same goes with his pokemon. His mother was a nanny for a daycare that was for children.
Rakutsu spent a lot of his time at home either in his grandfather' daycare or ranch playing with the pokemon that were there. As a child, Rakutsu was shown to have skill in befriending pokemon which was even shown when the pokemon being taken back from their trainer looked upset when they were leaving.
Before getting a pokemon, Rakutsu had the goal to be like his grandfather both as a trainer and a breeder. His grandfather had friends in other regions and would take him and his mom to their places for family trips. In those regions his grandfather taught him how to catch pokemon.
At the age of 16, Rakutsu was gifted a Kangaskhan by his grandfather as his first pokemon before he enrolled at a academy off the mainland.
