Name: Felicity Fosse, if you’re really lucky you can get away with calling her Eli.
Age: Twenty Two
Date of Birth: May Second ♉
Birthplace: The Kalos Region
Gender: Female
Sexual Orientation: Demisexual
Face Claim: Original art (done by myself)
Appearance:
Distinguishing Features: Felicity has skin coated in freckles and usually, thanks to having hemophilia, quite a few bruises. Because of that she tends to opt for clothing that covers most of her skin as to hide the majority of the bruising. She does have two normal piercings in each ear, as well as an industrial in her left.
Height: 5’ 6”
Character Type: Team Origin Member
Personality:
Her sense of humor tends to be a little unorthodox, having a tendency to start laughing supidly at dumb jokes, the more rediculous the better. It isn’t unheard of for her to accidentally say an inuendo or two by mistake, either, only to catch herself seconds later and get caught between laughing at herself or turning bright red in embarassment, or a combination of the two.
Despite how rude or blunt she can seem to be, once someone manages to get on her good side she will be warm and caring towards them. Those she deems to be in her ‘protection’ have a solid companion that will gladly stick her neck out for them if needed. She has a tendency to be a little too clingy when this happens sometimes, too, and is one to draw any of her friends into a close hug or scratch their back absently just to feel close or comforted by them, and to try to make them feel comforted as well.[/ul]

History:
True to her word, Felicity walked her anger off around by the Prism tower, and by the time she made it back home to their apartment building it was completely diffused. The younger sister felt ridiculous for exploding like that, and regretted blowing up on her closest friend over something so trivial. Still, they were sisters, so arguments happened once in awhile. Figuring Charlotte would be back home already, she went inside and was surprised to see she she wasn’t yet.
Calling her, Felicity instantly grew worried when Charlotte didn’t answer. That wasn’t like her one bit, but she assumed perhaps Charlotte was just still upset that Felicity’s outburst. Since their father was still out and their mother was already in bed, Felicity just stayed up to wait until Charlotte came home, planning on apologizing in person when that happened. She waited long into the night, long after their father finally came home, until she accidentally fell asleep on the couch.
It wasn’t until early in the morning that the officers arrived at their door to give them the bad news.
Charlotte had been mugged on her way home, her Pokemon killed by the mugger’s Pokemon, and she killed by the mugger themselves. They had a lead, they said, but she didn’t hear a word of it. Her brain shut off after she heard that Charlotte, her Lottie, wasn’t going to be coming home. The days after that felt distant, dark, and all she remembered was crying, the anger at herself for her last words to her sister being angry, and hysterical laughter of someone who was at her breaking point.
Felicity wasn’t the only one to be utterly distraught by this. Her parents were complete messes. It was a parent’s nightmare to outlive their children, after all, especially when their life was taken by another. The police that delivered the news, however, made a mistake by telling the family they had a lead. They also made a mistake in telling them just enough information in what the lead was for Felicity’s father to do some research with his resources to find out who their “lead” was.
When he found out the Police released their suspect, he went ballistic. Tracking down the “culprit”, Felicity’s father took justice into his own hands. His own Pokemon killed the Pokemon he believed killed those of his beloved daughter, and he beat the man within an inch of his life. Thankfully for the man, the Police had been tipped off about what was happening, and they were able to interrupt just before Felicity’s father took that last inch, too. Especially since it turned out the suspect was released because he had a solid alibi and could have no way been there to murder Charlotte.
With her sister dead and her father now set to spend years in jail, Felicity continued to withdraw more and more into herself. She had never been very close to her mother to begin with, and with all that had happened they just grew further and further apart. Since her mother now had to care for the nearly-struggling business and couldn’t spare much time for her daughter, she decided it would be best to send her away to learn somewhere else. Apparently, the furthest she could manage to send her, which was an island known for it’s wonderful boarding school.
Felicity had spent her next few years at Gray Garden Academy, talking to few and barly focusing on her classes. What she did focus on was whatever occult book or online board about speaking to the dead she could find. In her mind, as long as she could speak to Charlotte one more time, she would be happy. Just once more, once more to apologize for their last words to one another. Charlotte was her favorite person in the world, and now she was just… gone. Like that.
As time went on, she grew closer and closer to the Occult, and grew a fondness for the Ghost type Pokemon and their affinity for it. School had grown bearable by the time she was ready to graduate, she grew to enjoy the city nearby, and she had almost been able to come to terms with her loss. Especially considering the fact that the Police had another suspect, this one a dead ringer for the murder and eye witnesses that placed him at the scene. His picture was being broadcasted on multiple news channels, with the usual warning to report sightings of him to the police and not to approach him.
After graduation, Felicity decided to stay on Harmonia. She worked as a bartender to earn a living, managing to find an affordable apartment in Pier Marvo. As she was walking to work one day, a face in the crowd caught her eye. A very familiar face, with piercing green eyes she would never be able to forget. Not since they were on the picture she had printed out so she would always know the face of her sister’s murderer. Her blood began to boil, and her vision grew red. Pushing through the crowd, she struggled to reach where the man was, determined to capture him. Just capture him, she told herself. She wouldn’t follow in her father’s footsteps.
By the time she reached where he had been, he was gone. There was no sign of him anywhere near by, but she knew now. He was on the island, somewhere.
In the past months there had been rumors at the bar of an upstart “gang” that were calling themselves Team Origin. She didn’t like everything she heard about it, but she could see a means to an end, that was for sure. It had been almost ten years since her sister’s murder, and the useless Police were no nearer to catching the murderer. Maybe her father did have the right idea. And besides, as much as she made bartending, she was sure she would like the extra cash from doing something a little more lucrative.
After a few well placed questions, whispers, and a couple free drinks to her patrons, she was able to track down a recruitment center and sign herself up. She had a mission now, and even if her parents’ didn’t approve, she was beyond caring about their opinion.[/ul]
