Getting along with Felicity is simple enough.  Put up with her bullshit, ignore her crazy occult talk, and don't mind if she conspires murder around you.  Of course, the latter is only when, and if, you really get to know her.  If you do get close enough to her, she has a tendency to practically hang off of the people she grows fond of, finding comfort in the company of others.  While she hasn't put much thought in her Origin membership and her "coworkers", she doesn't find anything wrong with those she knows of so far, and wouldn't mind getting to know them all that much better.

Over the years she's grown to have a pretty single track mind of discovering and putting an end to her sister's killer.  Anyone who tries to get in her way of that mission is in for a fight.  It would take the persuasion of a master to get her to change her mind without causing her to resent you with every fiber of her being.

In addition to that, if she catches one lying, expect to have her distrust and dislike you for a very very long time.  Excuses for it only add fuel to the flame, so if you expect to lie around her and get away with it, you better have a fantastic excuse.

While Felicity doesn't believe in sleeping around for no reason, it does not mean she's completely disinterested in romance.  On the contrary, she craves the closeness and companionship of others almost more than anything.  While it may take some effort to grow close enough for her to feel comfortable in that manor around someone, it is far from impossible.  If someone does get into her bubble, they can expect someone completely enthusiastic towards the relationship to the point she will nearly hang off of you.  Gender does not matter nearly as much as attitude and personality does, either.
