Badges
Gray Haven Academy has a system similar to the "Gym Challenge" seen in many regions. The Wardens of each dorm can be challenged to "gym battles". The rules for each match will be listed below and are based on the student’s current level. Defeating Wardens in these matches will give you a badge corresponding to the dorm the Warden stands for. The dorms may be challenged in any order, but badges 1-4 must come from different dorms. The 5th badge may be won from whatever dorm the student wishes to challenge. Along with badges, each victory gives the trainer special items to make building up their team easier. To challenge a gym, make a thread in the dorm you wish to challenge. Be sure to tag it with '[Gym]' on the title so Wardens will know to jump in.
Badge 1: The Warden will fight 3v3 using their tier 3 team; neither side can use held items.
Reward: Excavation Kit, Held item of choice, Ability Capsule, and Rare Candy x2.
Badge 2: The Warden will fight 3v3 using their tier 2 team; neither side can use held items.
Reward: VIP Dojo Pass, Held item of choice, Ability Capsule, and Rare Candy x2.
Badge 3: The Warden will fight 4v4 using their tier 2 team, plus one pokemon from their tier 1 team; use of held items for both sides is up to Warden's discretion.
Reward: Access to the restricted explorable areas. Held item of choice, Ability Capsule, and Rare Candy x2.
Badge 4: The Warden will fight 5v5 using their tier 1 team with held items.
Reward: A Key Stone to utilize Mega Stones and a free Mega Stone, Held item of choice, Ability Capsule, and Rare Candy x2.
Badge 5: The Warden will fight 6v6 using their tier 1 team with held items and a Mega Stone.
Reward: Held item of choice, Ability Capsule, Rare Candy x2, and Elite status, which allows entry to the VIP Club. Also, every capture thread done from now on will have a 20% chance to spawn a pokemon 1 evolution higher than it should. IE, in regular areas, there's a 20% chance to find a pokemon that's evolved once, in restricted areas there's a 20% chance to find a pokemon that's evolved twice.
Ribbons
Coordinators have their own contest challenges as well. The Directors of each dorm can be challenged to a contest with the rules listed below. Defeating the Director will earn you a ribbon corresponding to which contest type the contest was. Contest types may be challenged in any order, but ribbons 1-4 must be won with different contest types. The final ribbon may be achieved with any contest type. Along with the ribbons, victory gives special items to make training easier. To challenge a Director to a contest, make a thread in the dorm you wish to challenge. Be sure to tag it with [Contest] so the Director knows to post in it. Unlike gym battles, any number of students may challenge a Director at once. Any student that gets more points than the Director will get a ribbon, even if they do not come in first place.
Ribbon 1: The Director will use a tier 3 pokemon with no held items. The challengers may still use held items.
Reward: An excavation kit, held item of choice, x2 pokeblocks of choice
Ribbon 2: The Director will use tier 2 pokemon with no held items. The challenges may use held items.
Reward: The ability to change two moves from obtained pokemon. When the coordinator catches a new pokemon, or hatches a new pokemon, rather than keep all the spawned abilities they can change two of them to level up moves of their choice. Held item of choice, x2 pokeblocks of choice
Ribbon 3: The Director will use tier 2 pokemon and will use held items.
Reward: 8 berries can be gathered a week instead of 5, held item of choice, x2 pokeblocks of choice.
Ribbon 4: The Director will use tier 1 pokemon and will use held items The Director will only use the pokemon's main contest stat (IE, Coolness in a Cool contest) and will not factor in their supporting stats in the introduction phase. Challengers can still factor in their supporting contest stats.
Reward: When you make a pokeblock, there is now a 20% chance it'll be a rainbow pokeblock. Rainbow pokeblocks increase all contest stats by 1 instead of just 1 contest stat. To make one, just roll a 5 sided die when you make a pokeblock. If it comes up 1 it'll be a rainbow pokeblock instead of whatever pokeblock you were trying to make before. Plus you get, a held item of choice and x2 pokeblocks of choice.
Ribbon 5: The Director will use tier 1 pokemon and will use held items. The Director will now factor in their pokemon's supporting contest stats into the introduction phase.
Reward: Held item of choice, x2 pokeblocks of choice, and elite status which allows access to the VIP club. Capture threads will now have a 20% chance of spawning shiny pokemon.
Breeder Emblems

Reward: An excavation kit, plus you can now breed each of your Pokemon once per week as opposed to the usual two week wait, a Gender Capsule and Egg Cozy x2.
Emblem 2: Hatch 10 eggs.
Reward: The species result from the egg may be specified when breeding two different types of Pokemon; Ditto still can't be bred with this perk, a Gender Capsule and Egg Cozy x2.
Emblem 3: Hatch 10 different species of Pokemon.
Reward: The ability of a bred Pokemon may be specified when breeding, a Gender Capsule and Egg Cozy x2.

Students who have earned their Dorm Badges may post here to redeem their rewards. Be sure to link the gym battle that took place and specify any choice items you receive in your reward such as 'held items.' Students who have earned Ribbons should also post here to redeem their rewards, also with links to the contest they won and they should specify any choice items received. As for Breeding Emblems, don't worry, you don't need to link every egg you hatched, but you should still list which species you've hatched when applicable. Likewise, post what tier of the reward you have earned so you will be given credit for it.
