Friends
The first thing you must know is that Luu is very talkative. If you are uncomfortable with this fact, then, well, good luck. He's still going to bother you anyway. If you do wish to become his friend, then that's all you need honestly - he'll be glad if you listen to him and is totally fine with listening to you. His moral compass is a bit flexible, but isn't going to just hurt someone for no good reason. That's silly. He can get rather independent, but also will follow a leader without hesitation as long as he sees no clear consequence on his part.
Enemies
Well it's not like he's trying to make any enemies, but he's well aware that people can get annoyed from his personality, and he's totally fine with fanning those flames as long as he still finds it amusing. He hasn't interacted with anyone for a period of time for him to call them enemies, but there is a chance that can change soon, especially since he's going outside a lot more often in this island. Just as any good-natured character would be, he would be cautious or downright rude to anyone he considers wrong or evil. He tries not to openly judge people immediately though.
Lovers
Frankly he hasn't been friends with anyone long enough for him to remotely consider having a lover. He hasn't developed any crushes yet either, but it doesn't mean that he's immune to it or anything - just inexperienced. He's more knowledgeable than one would think since the internet has served as some sort of second home to him for a long time, and that's probably why he doesn't seem to mind a relationship with either gender (though he'd probably prefer girls. Who knows. He doesn't have anyone who he can call his friends just yet).
