Dylan's deep azure eyes glanced towards the wide open as he admired its beauty. It had been almost a week since he had visit the beach. It was mostly due to the fact that he needed to buckle down and take of some of his school room instead of going swimming and surfing all of the time. Thankfully, he had finally managed to catch up with all his school work for now. Therefore, he decided to reward himself by visiting his favorite area on the island and maybe even catch a new Pokemon to join his team. He pulled out a Poke Ball from around his waist and released his Lapras. "Okay Kairi, let's go for a little ride." He smiled before carefully hopping onto the transportation Pokemon's back. A loud chirped soon sounded off from the ground as Caspian attempted to get his trainer's attention. The poor little Piplup was having a hard time trying to hop on the monstrous Pokemon's back. "C'mon on little dude." Dylan chucked, reaching over to pick up his best friend and place him onto his lap. Kairi then took sail into the wide ocean. A few minutes after riding further out into the ocean Kairi would soon come to a spot. Dylan grabbed a fishing rod from his back pack and tossed his line into the water, hoping to catch a bite soon.

A huge bite tugged on Dylan's line, causing the dark-haired male to jump up from his sitting position and into a standing position on Kairi's back. "Holy Trubbish, this one is going to be a big one!" He shouted, fighting to reel in his line. Caspian soon reached out to trainer his trainer's right leg with one of his small wings as he attempted to help his trainer reel in the line. A few more seconds of tugging back and forth, Dylan and Caspian finally managed to fish in their capture. A hyperactive Totodile emerged from the water and glared at Dylan and Caspian as he splashed about in the water. "Now, that's a cool Pokemon!" Dylan spoke out, nodding his head as he admired the Totodile. "Let's have a battle Totodile, if we're able to defeat you in battle then you're going to join our team." He suggested with a small smile. The Totodile nodded his head before waiting for the Wave Student to make the first move. "Lana, let's do this!" He shouted releasing his Chinchou from her Poke Ball. "Lana use Spark!" He commanded with a confident smile. The Chinchou coated her body with golden electricity before rushing her body towards the Totodile, giving him a shock to remember. The Totodile let out a small cry before shaking off the attack. "Oh, you're a fighter, huh?" He questioned the Wild Pokemon as a small smirk curved against his lips. The Totodile leaped towards the Chinchou, showcasing his sharp fangs before digging them into Lana's soft skin. A painful cry escaped from the Chinchou's mouth as the sharp fangs inflicted damaged onto her body. "Lana, shake him off with another Spark!" Dylan called out. The Chinchou released even more electricity from her body and directed it towards the Totodile, who was still crunching into her skin. The electrifying attack soon zapped the Totodile into submission. The Totodile let out one final cry before crashing down into the water. Dylan took out a Poke Ball and tossed it at the fainted Pokemon.
