Naveta was reaching the end of her survey, and she could already tell she was scraping the bottom of the barrel here. Most of the island was a beautiful, if a bit random, grouping of nature. Most of the places left were not only obviously man made in order to appeal to pokemon, but there probably wasn't a whole lot out there. A power plant? A graveyard? Yeah, she didn't expect to find a lot there. If she was lucky she might be able to figure out how old the island was, or how long people have been on it, but at this point she was pretty sure the island was significantly older than humans if only because it had fossils of creatures that completely died out some time ago. She still insisted on exploring these remaining areas though, just in case something surprised her.
Blissfury plains was not one of those places that surprised her. It was amazingly dull. It was just flat with numerous lightning rods sticking out of the ground and lots of scorch marks on the ground near them. The place was in a near constant state of stormy weather, and she had no idea how that worked. Weather didn't normally work like that at least. Even the places that had the most rain, or where it was raining almost all the time, weren't that predictable or constant. It certainly made for a nice stable source of energy, but it was weird as hell and probably completely unnatural. Given the state of the area, the artificial changes in weather were already starting to show. There wasn't a lot growing here, and there were a lot of signs of dead plants. It was a shame to see given how beautiful this island is. It just reminded her how fortunate the world was that the researches got to this place first.
