Grand Opening & Advertisement Promotion

Hello, one, and hello, all! What sort of grand opening would we be having without an advertisement promotion here to help give us that booster shot from get go? I don't know! But we don't intend to find out. Let me explain a little for those unfamiliar with this process. You'll be taking our ad, found here, and posting it on a variety of boards for two reasons: To get even more cool people to join, so we're the coolest, and biggest, bunch of cool kids on the block, which makes things nicer as a whole, and to get mad swag according to the number of ads you put out.
“Mad swag!?” You ask, your exclamation point oozing excitement and sweat. Yes, darling little members, mad swag. We've kept things simple for this first promotion. There are two tiers, and we think they'll help give your teams a nice little booster shot for the opening.
15 Ads: Your choice of held item! Hold it in your hands! Have your Pokemon hold it!* Place it in a cake and hope for the best! This multi-purpose held item can be used in a number of ways, and can be yours for the low-low price of fifteen advertisements. Act now, and we'll even include this Ability Capsule! Found the Pokemon you wanted with the wrong ability? Not a problem, my darling. With this here capsule, you can change their Ability to whatever you want. It's a one-time thing, of course, but it's still useful~!
*for best effects, please have your Pokemon hold it; staff are not responsible for a character losing an eye or limb due to trying to utilize a held item
30 Ads: For a total of thirty ads, you can snag an extra Pokemon! It can be any base form or non-evolving Pokemon you want! Gender, Ability, Moves (provided they're all level-up based, and only up to four!)? All up to you. But, guess what? As a special, limited-time offer, your choice of Pokemon can even be shiny! If, you know, you're into that thing. I mean, shades of puke green in some cases, and all. But, hey! Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
It may not seem like too much, but it's a really nice supplement package to benefit our lovely new members. Of course, all good things have a few conditions. Rules, you could say. You'll find those below. For now, let me just wrap things up: Welcome to Gray Haven Academy, and both Chrom and I sincerely hope you'll be enjoying your stay. Please do some ads so we can get even more people, and make this ride even more enjoyable for all parties involved. Both he and I would appreciate it. And now, the rules~!
First and foremost, please keep track of your ads. You'll need to post the list of links here so that we may verify and authorize them~ Some boards do some silly things, like “accepting” and moving their ads. It may be a good idea to mention that in your post. We're usually good about checking, but if we're in a rush, we might forget~
Try to post where our ad isn't already. Generally, you'll be posting in the “first-timers” board, or whatever the place's equivalent is. Usually, you'll only need to check there. Sometimes, you'll need to check their “accepted” category. Overall, if you check and there's nothing back for a month or so, or if they get hundreds of ads anyway, you should be fine.
Please try to advertise on boards that are active. “Active”, in this case, means there's still a few members around. Good guest traffic is a plus, but we just want to make sure you post on boards with actual members around. We need living, breathing, bleedy people, after all! Not ghosts. But a ghost is fine, too.Would totally smooch one.
Finally, and most obviously, when posting here, please specify what held item and what Pokemon you'll be claiming. This is for the sake of our records. And, to cut questions short ahead of time, yes, you may change your rewards up until the point that you've utilized or revealed them in-play.
