This is where trainers may evolve and add moves to their Pokemon as they train them. Below are the guidelines that detail how evolutions can be done, which moves can be added, and how to gain Exp Points.
How to Evolve a Pokemon
A Pokemon you're wishing to evolve, regardless of their method in the games, must gain a certain number of Exp Points. These are obtained through battling, rare candies, and certain classes. How many Exp Points needed for each type of evolution is listed below.

Certain pokemon can also evolve through contest stats, which are obtained by feeding them pokeblocks. How many Exp Points needed for each type of evolution is listed below.
Single Evolution
Allows a basic-stage Pokemon that evolves once, like Growlithe or Sandshrew, to reach their final form. The Pokemon you wish to evolve must gain eight Exp Points before it can evolve. When noting your Pokemon's evolution, link all threads in which the exp points were given. List the rare candy as well if one was used.
Multi-stage Evolutions
Allows a Pokemon that evolves twice, like Charmander or Geodude, to reach their middle or final stage form. The Pokemon you wish to evolve must gain five Exp Points for each form to evolve. When making this purchase, link all threads in which the exp points were given. List the rare candy as well if one was used.
Contest Evolution
Certain pokemon, such as Feebas, can evolve once a particular contest stat gets high enough. How high the contest stat works similarly to regular evolutions: if the pokemon evolves once the relevant contest stat needs to be 8. If they evolve twice, they get their first evolution once the relevant contest stat is 5 and the second once its 10.
You do not have to evolve your pokemon
If your pokemon gets enough exp to evolve, but you don't want them to for any reason you do not have to make them evolve. There's no need to note that you're not evolving them here. You only need to make a post when you are evolving your pokemon.
Changing Moves
You are allowed to change or add one move to your Pokemon for every Exp. point redeemed on them. These moves can be from Leveling up, TM, HM, Egg Moves, Tutor Moves, or Event Moves of any Generation. The maximum number of moves being ten. Just note that they cannot learn moves from a previous evolution; be sure to grab those when you can if you want them. When a Pokemon is fully evolved, any new Exp. Points redeemed on them can be used to change their moves. Please note that Exp Points used to evolve can also be used to add or change moves. Any 1 point can be used as a new move and to help evolve simultaneously. Finally, you may also delete any moves you want for free. Deleting moves doesn't need noting in the log.
What Gives Exp Points
There are several things that give Exp Points on the site. Below is a list of everything.
1) Battling a wild Pokemon will grant the Pokemon used 1 Exp Point. When redeeming, link the catch thread in which this point is obtained.
2) When battling against another trainer, all Pokemon used receive 1 Exp Point. This is regardless of whether or not they faint and how many Pokemon they KOed. When redeeming, link the battle thread.
3) Rare Candies grant 1 free Exp Point each.
4) Missions give a set amount of Exp to a team regardless of how many Pokemon were fought. This amount is listed in the mission description. When redeeming, link the mission thread.
5) Physical Education class grants 1 Exp Point to the Pokemon a student brings as a partner for that class session. When redeeming, link the class thread.
6) Training at the Pokemon Dojo grants 1 Exp Point to a chosen Pokemon for each visit, or 2 if the trainer has a VIP Dojo Pass.
